At MIR Appraisal Services, we abide by a strict code of ethics set forth by the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Our appraisers utilize every available resource to determine the proper value of items that our clients entrust us with.

Galleries

Under no condition will we buy items that we have appraised. Although our primary goal is to provide appraisals of personal property, we do also offer assistance in and consultation for liquidation.

Again, we do not buy items that we appraise, but we do accept selected commissions for liquidation at the fair market value. The Fair Market Value is defined as the price at which the property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, neither being under any compulsion to buy or sell and both having knowledge of relevant facts.
Our web site offers a sampling of the spectrum of items that we handle for both appraisals and liquidation. Our inventory section is updated regularly, so please check back for new listings. Please note that our inventory section is only a partial listing of the large selection of items that we have, so please contact us to inquire on additional acquisitions that may not have been posted.
